Records/Transcript Request

 

PLEASE NOTE:  ONCE A REQUEST IS RECEIVED, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 SCHOOL DAYS TO PROCESS
 
 
 
FORMER STUDENTS: (Graduates/Past EHS Students) 
For school records and/or transcripts please download the Transcript/ Records Release form and return it completed, signed and dated along with a copy of your photo ID (you may photocopy the document and  your ID and attach) via email to eeverett@ewingboe.org (SEE NOTE ABOVE IN RED).
 
 

CURRENT SENIORS (PLEASE SEE NOTE ABOVE IN RED):
Please complete the following forms and submit them to your Guidance Counselor:
 
Senior Transcript Release form (fill in once, typically at the beginning of senior year)
Transcript Request form (complete one for each transcript college/university or scholarship)
 
Mid Year Transcript Request form(can request up to five schools on each sheet)
 
Transcript requests for all colleges/universities must also be completed in Naviance as they are sent electronically to the college/university you have applied to.  Follow these steps:
 
1. Log in to Naviance
2. Select the "colleges" Tab 
3. Select "colleges I'm applying to" underneath the "my college" heading 
4. Choose "add colleges to this list" 
5. Select your school from the "look up" list 
6. Indicate your decision type for each college
7. Select "add colleges" at the bottom of the page when finished  
UNDERCLASSMEN:
Students in 9th-11th grades needing a transcript should download the Transcript Request form and submit it to their Guidance Counselor.  Copies are also available in the EHS Guidance Office.
